Meet us here as we dive into the best of the best and the funniest of lessons learned....
Hey there small business owners! Are you feeling stuck in a rut? Maybe you’ve been doing the same thing for a while and you’re not seeing the growth you want. Or maybe you’re just feeling uninspired and unmotivated. Whatever the reason, it’s time to create some call to actions for ourselves!
We’re all familiar with call to actions (CTAs) when it comes to our customers. We create buttons and messages that encourage them to take action – buy now, sign up, learn more, etc. But have you ever thought about creating CTAs for yourself?
As a small business owner, it’s easy to get stuck in a routine. We get comfortable doing things the way we’ve always done them. But if we want to grow and succeed, we need to shake things up. We need to challenge ourselves to try new things and take risks.
So how do we do that? By creating our own CTAs!
Start by setting a specific goal for yourself. It could be a revenue target, a new product launch, or even a personal goal like taking a day off each week. Whatever it is, make sure it’s measurable and achievable.
Next, create a plan of action. What steps do you need to take to achieve your goal? Break it down into smaller, manageable tasks that you can work on each day.
Now it’s time to create your call to action. This could be a message you write to yourself each morning, a reminder on your phone, or even a physical object like a post-it note on your computer. The point is to have something that reminds you of your goal and encourages you to take action.
For example, let’s say your goal is to increase your social media following by 20% in the next month. Your plan of action might include creating more engaging content, running a social media contest, and collaborating with influencers in your industry. Your call to action could be a message you write to yourself each morning that says “Engage, Contest, Collaborate – Today is the day!”
By creating your own call to actions, you’re taking control of your own success. You’re reminding yourself to take action and stay motivated. And you’re setting yourself up for growth and success.
So go ahead, create your own call to actions today. Write them down, say them out loud, or even make a vision board. Whatever works for you, just make sure you’re taking action and moving forward. Let’s make 2023 the year of the small business owner!
